Gaining strength is the key to achieving a lean, toned and functionally fit body. Getting hot and sweaty, “feeling the burn”, and feeling muscle soreness are no indication of progress! Progress is measured by strength increases. The stronger you get, the better you will look it is that simple.

I achieved this level of leaness and muscularity only training three days per week. Each training session is under an hour and involves getting strong on the key compound lifts, the bench press, the squat and the deadlift. You do not need to live in the gym to achieve amazing results. You need hard training, rest, good nutrition and most of all patience and perseverance!
